The Tipperary Senior Footballers won’t be dropping their heads following Saturday night’s loss to London.
That’s according to manager Philly Ryan who’s been reflecting on his sides first defeat of this year’s league campaign.
The Premier were beaten 2-13 to 0-17 by the exiles but still sit in third place in Division Four, with three games to go.
Philly Ryan says his team is a work in progress.
“We’re hugely disappointed but you have to remember three lads got their first starts today again.
“Over the course of the last few games we’ve had nine lads who’ve started their first game for Tipp.
“This is a working progress, it’s going to take a while.
“I did say previously that I felt we outboxed ourselves so we’re going to have to work at it, we’ll go in Tuesday night and we’ll have another go.
“We won’t drop the heads and we’ll keep plugging away.”
