Borris-Ileigh beat Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickhams in Senior Camogie championship

There were plenty of goals as the County Senior Championship got underway last night with Borris-Ileigh beating Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickhams 4-12 to 3-08

The opening round of the senior championship continues today.

In group 2, Drom-Inch start their quest for 6 county titles in a row when they welcome Éire Óg Annacarty to The Ragg at 7pm.

The opening games in group one today sees newcomers Shannon Rovers hosting Silvermines at 7pm whilst at 8pm, Clonoulty/Rossmore are at home to Thurles Sarsfields.

There are also three games down for decision in the intermediate championship.

At 11am, Moneygall welcome Nenagh Éire Óg back to the second tier in Moneygall whilst at 6.30pm, Toomevara are at home to Boherlahan-Dualla and at 7.15pm, last year’s Junior A champions Moycarkey-Borris are away to Cahir.
