Should they do that, Newcastle will have to win against West Ham to avoid dropping out of the top flight.
Champions Chelsea will collect their trophy at home to Sunderland.
Liverpool, Tottenham and Southampton are fighting for two guaranteed Europa League spots – and go to Stoke, Everton and Manchester City respectively.
Arsenal are likely to finish third and they take on West Brom at the Emirates.
Relegated QPR are away to Leicester and Aston Villa host Burnley who drop down to the championship today.
Elsewhere, Crystal Palace meet Swansea.
