Thurles racecourse are hosting their final meeting of the year this afternoon.

A seven-race card gets underway at 12.10pm.

The featured race today is the Billy Harney Memorial at 1.55pm, where local Thurles trainer Andrew Slattery’s ‘Royal Hollow’ is among the favourites.

Killenaule jockey Rachel Blackmore is also in action in the 1.20pm and 3.05pm races at Thurles racecourse.

The last race of the day there gets underway at 3.40pm.
