Tipperary’s Patrick O’Loughlin has put in an impressive performance against top class opposition at the European Junior and Under 23 Track Championships in Portugal.
The 18 year old Panduit Carrick Wheelers rider finished 11th in the Junior Scratch Race which was won by French rider Rafael Delhomme.
Patrick takes to the track again on Monday in the Points Race.
