All Ireland winning goalkeeper Brendan Cummins says he’s delighted Kieran Bergin has thrown his lot in with the Senior Footballers this year.
Bergin left the Tipperary hurling panel just over two weeks ago, and it emerged yesterday that he has begun training with the senior footballers.
Cummins says that Bergin is a team player, and is a major coup for Kearns ahead of their opening Munster Championship game.
He says that Bergin is a great athlete.
