Creedon says Tipp need competitive League action

County Board officials will have time to reflect as Tipperary’s next competitive game is a number of months away.

Peter Creedon stepped down on Saturday last following Tipperary’s qualifier defeat to Tyrone.

The Cork native has said Tipperary getting to Division 2 in the National football league needs to be a priority going forward in order to face tougher opponents on a regular basis.

Peter Creedon says it’s unfortunate that Tipp is in a province with two of the best teams in the country but ultimately it’s about hard work and that hunger is a great sauce
