Clubs to pay for using floodlit pitches

The payment will go to the host club and be used for the upkeep of their lights.

It's one of the new match day regulations that will apply to all club fixtures in the Premier County this year.

Tom Maher is Secretary of the County CCC and says it's only right that clubs which have installed floodlights should receive some contribution from those that avail of their facilities.
