Clonmel manager happy with standard of Tipp club football

The manager of the reigning Munster Club football champions says he's very impressed by the standard of club football in Tipperary at the moment.

Clonmel Commercials boss Charlie McGeever believes most sides in the county have adopted a more positive approach to the game in recent years.

The South Tipp club became the first from the Premier to win the provincial title when they beat Nemo Rangers last November.

McGeever says he's pleased to see coaches and players putting the emphasis on attacking play.
