Date:

Share:

A motion will go before next February's Congress that will require inter-county managers to register a 26-strong playing panel on the Thursday before a game from which they will have to select their team.

The only exceptions will be in relation to a change of goalkeeper or sub-goalkeeper.

The penalty for including an un-registered player, or for changing from the team submitted to the match referee in the 20 minutes before throw-in, will be a walk-over defeat.
