Carey glass from Nenagh won the Tipperary Interfirms Hurling title beating Tipperary ETB 5-16 to 3-20 after extra time in Templetuohy last night.

In a tight tussle in tough conditions both teams were inseparable throughout.

The teams were tied 5-11 to 3-17 at full time but Carey Glass pushed ahead with a minute to go in extra time to claim the title.
