Tipp FM spoke to the County Camogie PRO, who said that the clubs had called upon the board to meet with Kennedy, who was removed from his position last week, following a statement from the Board which said that there were ongoing difficulties between themselves and their manager.
The senior players had also released a statement last week, expressing their displeasure at the decision to remove Kennedy as their manager.
Symons added that this meeting had yet to take place, while also confirming that John Lillis of Drom & Inch has been installed as interim manager of the Tipperary Intermediate Camogie team, ahead of their Munster Final against Cork in Kilmallock this Saturday.
