Busy time ahead in Under 21 hurling action

Nenagh Eire Óg and Kiladangan go head to head in the North Tipp U21 A hurling final this afternoon – throw in in Borrisoleigh is at 2 o clock.

But first up Cashel King Cormacs and Emly Treacy’s go head to head in Tipp town in the West Under 21 semi final at 12.30

In the second of the County Under 21 B semi finals it’s Moycarkey Borris against Cahir.

Throw in is at 1.30 in Cashel – the winners will face Lorrha in the County final.

County Board chairman Michael Bourke says the Under 21’s is a very important category.

Finally, in GAA action, Roscrea and Toomevara will renew their rivalry from the Seamus O’Riain hurling final – when they meet in the Division 2 County Hurling League Final.

That game, fixed for Moneygall, also gets underway at 1.30.
