In Round 2 of the County Senior Hurling Championship Borris-Ileigh hammered JK Brackens 5-18 to 0-09 at The Ragg.
Thurles Sarsfields were another side who had their own way, this time in the quarter finals of the Seamus O' Riain Cup.
The soon-to-be deposed County Champions eased to a 2-20 to 1-07 win against Boherlahan-Dualla at Holycross.
In the other quarter final clash Borrisokane edged past Golden-Kilfeacle by just two points in Templetouhy- it finished up 3-13 to 2-14.
But in the South Tipperary Senior Football Championship there was another big winning margin; this time in favour of Killenaule, who defeated Fethard by 2-17 to 1-07 in Cloneen.
Meanwhile both of this evening's games come from Round 2 of the County Senior Hurling Championship.
Moycarkey-Borris play the North champions, Portroe, in Borrisileigh, while Toomevara face Kilruane MacDonagh's in Nenagh.
