The Irish Times reports that The BHA has also conducted an interview with Fenton, who is due in court on March 20th in relation to charges brought against him by  the Irish Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine following an inspection of his yard on January 18th, 2012.

The BHA has agreed with the Irish Turf Club that the samples from Fenton's horses- including Gold Cup hopeful Last Instalment- will be tested in Newmarket, with the results of the tests available next week.
