Bergin faces fitness battle for Qualifiers.

Kieran Bergin is facing a battle to be fit for Tipperary's next Championship outing.

The Killenaule wing-back broke a bone in his left hand during his side's 1 point win over Mullinahone in the South Senior Hurling semi-final on Sunday.

He saw a specialist yesterday and will apparently be sidelined for a few weeks to allow the break to heal.

Tipp's next outing will be on July 6th in the All Ireland Qualifiers.

Meanwhile Tipp footballers qualifier against Galway has been confirmed for Saturday June 29th in Pearse Stadium, Galway.
