The former Leinster and Leicester back row retired at the end of the season but will feature for Robbie Deans side in Limerick.
The team includes Zane Kirchner at full back with Joe Rockocoko in the centre Jimmy Gopperth at out half and Ruan Pienarr at scrum half.
