Tipp Today – Friday January 19th 2018

This morning’s Tipp Today came live from Nenagh. Fran was joined live in studio by Fianna Fail TD Jackie Cahill who discussed the water extraction project, the agreement in principal reached at Bord na Mona in Littleton and Michael Martin’s change of heart in relation to abortion. Show Producer Trudy Waters traveled to Fethard to meet those involved in Galteemore Kickboxing club, which has transformed the lives of many people suffering from addiction and we spoke to listener Noel about some traffic issues in Thurles.

In the second hour of this mornings Tipp Today Fran spoke to Michael Wright from Home Instead Senior Care about their European Business award. We also spoke to Cllr Eddie Moran about the future of the golf club in Templemore and we joined in studio by Patrick O’Connor, Greg McDonald, Cian Hogan and Declan De Vito who are all taking part in a showcase of local musicians at the Well Bar in the coming days.

In the final hour of this mornings Tipp Today we spoke to Tipp Senior footballer George Hannigan and Principal of Nenagh CBS Sheila Brophy ahead of next months fundraising Lip Sync battle.
