Gardai in Clonmel say they are investigating an incident of animal cruelty in Clonmel which was recorded and shared on social media last evening.
The video showed 2 young men beat a small horse which had collapsed under a sulky yesterday afternoon.
Speaking on Tipp Today this morning, Superintendent Willie Leahy said the incident was reported and is currently under investigation
