Tipp Today: Tipperary businesses among those who opened their doors yesterday

Yesterday spelled the dawn of a new day for many businesses around the Premier County, as they opened their doors and welcomed customers for the first time since March.

Clothes and book shops are among those welcoming back customers as part of Phase 2 of the Government plan.
