We’re sure there’s a few of you listening this morning who are peeling the veg and getting your turkey and ham ready for tomorrow but it’s always on St Stephens Day, that you find yourself looking at a fridge full of left overs and wondering what to do with them!

Our Ali travelled to Holycross to meet our very own Geraldine O’Neill who is an accomplished home cook for some tips on how to give those Christmas leftovers a new lease of life!
