Birth cert problems and issues with registration

96 years ago, at the end of the civil war, a little baby girl was born, but her father did not get to register her birth for a few months.

Her nephew Patrick has promised to try to get the right date on her birth cert before she dies (and turns 100) and he’s on the line to share the remarkable story.

There’s a 96-year-old woman Una Byron, originally from Hollyford, but living in London, who has the wrong date on her birth cert.

Patrick Ryan spoke to Fran on Tipp Today.
