Monavea, Crettyard, Co. Carlow, and Tim’s The Quay, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny

21st of October 2024, peacefully in the wonderful care of the Doctors, Nurses and Staff  of critical care unit Portlaoise Hospital with  kindness and empathy, also the Chaplin for his pastoral care.

Predeceased by his son Alan.

And in the thoughts of his daughter Stella, son Mark and grandsons Conor and Ethan, son of the late Edward and Eileen (Nee Broderick) brother of the late Tim, Peter, John, Paul and Bridgid.

Deeply regretted by his brothers, Laurence and Terence, sisters Mary Teresa, Angela and Esther, brothers in law, sister-in-law,
Nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing in Grey’s Funeral Home Templemore this Thursday Evening from 6pm to 8pm.

Requiem Mass in the Church of the Sacred Heart Templemore on Friday at 12 noon. Interment in the adjoining Sacred Heart Cemetery afterwards.

Our heartfelt thanks to the emergency services, first responders and his many good neighbours, in particular the Brennan Family for all assistance support and loyalty
