Wren boys take to the county today

Musicians, singers and dancers from across the county will take to the streets to follow the wren this afternoon.

The long-standing St Stephan's Day tradition will see groups travel around towns and villages singing songs and playing traditional music, often collecting money for local charities.

Tipperary Gardaí are advising people to ensure that they stick to the footpaths and ensure they are wearing high-visibility clothing.
