Work at the Ballingarrane Technology Park in Clonmel will commence at the end if this month.

It's part of South Tipperary County Council’s strategic plan to create a home for new economic activity in the County

Final details of the development will be brought before members at this morning's monthly meeting of South Tipperary County Council.

The development which will be carried out by local builders Clancy Construction at a cost of €3 million will comprise of a Research & Development & Enterprise Promotion/Training Facility.

Welcoming the progress Councillor Siobhán Ambrose says when complete this facility will be of huge benefit to both existing and start up businesses.
