A man being held in connection with the murder of a pensioner in Nenagh has been released without charge.
The man aged in his 50’s was arrested yesterday just after the funeral of Josephine Ray.
The 89 year old was found dead at her home in the North Tipperary town last Sunday.
Gardaí say a file is being prepared for the DPP, while a woman also aged in her 50’s who was arrested at the same time remains in custody.
