Wildfires take hold in Portugal

Nearly 3,000 fire-fighters are battling more than 60 wildfires raging across Portugal.

The return of scorching temperatures has put an end to the recent respite following a spate of blazes earlier in the summer.

Morocco and Spain have both sent water dropping planes to help the efforts.

The fires come after more than 60 people were killed in June, and more than 250 injured, in a blaze in central Portugal.
