49 people died during the mass shooting at a gay nightclub in the US State of Florida on Sunday.
The death toll is expected to rise with many of those still in hospital in a critical condition.
It's claimed the wife of the killer could be charged in connection with the murders.
Reports say Noor Salman knew what Omar Mateen was going to do and possibly tried to talk him out of it.
Survivors of the shooting have described how they pretended to be dead in the hope the gunman would spare them.
Omar Mateen – who killed 49 people – is reported to have been seen at the gay bar several times before the massacre, and there are also claims he'd been using gay dating apps.
Professor Eric D. Knowles, who specialises in social behaviour and attitudes at New York University, says the reports could cast new light on Mateen's motive.
