More than 4,000 Tipperary homes, farms and businesses are still without water this morning.
Supply was restored to nearly 14,000 yesterday with pressure slowly getting back to normal.
Most of those still without water are on the Galtee Regional Scheme, Ardfinnan and in some parts of Killenaule.
Uisce Éireann says tankers have been made available at various locations until the problems can be resolved.
They’re located at Emly GAA Pitch, Lattin GAA Pitch, Monard at the Church at Solohead Road, Mount Bruis National School, Dove Hill Shopping Centre, Ardfinnan Village and Killenaule National School.
Uisce Éireann’s Water Operations Lead, Colin Cunningham says there could be more outages in the next few days as the cold snap continues.
He’s appealing to locals not to leave their taps running to avoid pipes freezing because it’s putting more pressure on supplies.
Just 130 homes and businesses are without power in Tipperary.
ESB crews have restored electricity to thousands of customers over the last few days with the remaining outages expected to be fixed today.
