Deputy John Halligan – who's a member of the Dáil's disciplinary committee – says that no-one in a position of authority should be trying to influence the Dáil.
Mr O'Brien claims that the committee hasn't taken action over alleged abuses of privilege by TD Catherine Murphy.

However Deputy Halligan says the actions of Mr O'Brien are disappointing.
