Water commission may suggest keeping some water charges

A member of the Cabinet says making the right decision on water is more important than the survival of the government.

Minister Leo Varadkar's comments come as a report's expected within days from the water commission. 

Leaked reports say it will recommend at least a modest charge for water. 

The Social Protection Minister says doing the right thing is what's important.
