Warning for members of public attending high profile murder trial.

The judge in the Graham Dywer trial has warned members in the public gallery not to live tweet from the court while it’s sitting without the jury present.

Mr Justice Tony Hunt said reporting restrictions applied while a trial was ongoing and cannot be reported until it’s over.

He was speaking while dealing with material tweeted by a member of the public on Tuesday.

Justice Hunt accepted the person in question was unfamiliar with the rules but said that next time someone would be spending time in jail for contempt.
