The urgent need for a bypass of Tipperary Town has been highlighted yet again in the Dáil.
Businesses in the town are crying out for the N24 upgrade according to Deputy Mattie McGrath.

He called on the Transport Minister to have the bypass element of the project fast tracked.
Transport Minister Daragh O’Brien accepted the urgent need for the bypass in Tipp as part of the Cahir to Limerick Junction upgrade.
He told Deputy McGrath that fast tracking of individual elements of the overall project will become clearer once the current phase is concluded.
