Undercover operation reveals availability of black market cigarettes

An undercover operation on behalf of cigarette manufacturer Philip Morris last week found that illicit products could be purchased in Clonmel, Carrick on Suir, Cahir and Tipp Town.

The sting was headed up by former Garda Detective Chief Superintendent Kevin Donohoe and ex-Scotland Yard Chief Inspector Will O'Reilly.
