The Tipperary Roads Policing Unit set up a speed enforcement checkpoint outside Nenagh last night, where they caught a motorist driving at 77km/h in a 50km zone.
The unaccompanied learner driver was arrested on suspicion of drug driving after failing a cannabis test.

The car was also seized when the mobility app revealed the vehicle had no insurance.
