Two of the men arrested in Tipperary on Thursday as part of an investigation into dissident Republican activity have been remanded in custody following an appearance at the Special Criminal Court.
34-year-old Noel Noonan, of North Claughan Road, Garryowen and 31-year-old Thomas McMahon, of Ros Fearna, Murroe were arrested on Thursday night in Cahir, Co Tipperary.
The third man was released without charge yesterday afternoon.
A number of explosive devices were seized along with 2 motor cars during the operation.
