Overcrowding is once again a major issue at hospitals serving County Tipperary.
While there are six fewer people being cared for on trolleys or chairs compared to 24 hours ago, there are still 80 patients without a bed between South Tipp General and University Hospital Limerick.
The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation reports 34 people being cared for on trolleys around the Emergency Department or in overflow areas of wards in Clonmel.
This is again one of the highest figures in the country – topped only by Our Lady of Lourdes in Drogheda with 41and UHL with 46 which is the busiest in the country today.
In all there are 358 patients recorded as being without a bed – down from 402 from Thursday.
