Owners of Treasury Holdings Carrick-on-suir man Johnny Ronan and Richard Barrett have moved to reorganise their shareholdings in TCT.
That's the Singapore-listed property trust behind a sizeable portfolio in China.
A report in the Sunday Business Post says Barrett had previously bought 1.8 million shares  from a company named Treasury Asia Investments Ltd.(TAIL) This was after it was hit with an Irish capital gains tax bill of around 1.5 million.
Tail is the entitiy owned by Ronan and Barrett that controversially bought shares in the Chinese venture from Treasury in 2010.
Meanwhile, Treasury Holdings is expected to launch a Supreme Court appeal to last weeks High Court decision allowing NAMA appoint receivers to a large chunck of its property empire.
