Transport Minister frustrated at delays to Road Traffic Bill

Road safety experts are calling for measures to curb drink driving – before it even happens.

It’s the main theme of a conference in Dublin today which is aimed at curbing the level of carnage on our roads.

The Transport Minister has expressed his frustration that the Road Traffic Bill which he believes will curb the carnage has been delayed by three months saying it will save lives.
