The cyclists were greeted in Carrick on Suir earlier by members of the Tipperary branch of D.S.I on their first stop of the day.
They will pass through Clonmel, Cahir, Tipp Town and Birdhill today before their overnight stop in Ballina-Killaloe.
Organiser Paul Sheridan says the Tour has gone from strength to strength over the years and raised around €1.5 million for Down Syndrome Ireland in Munster.
