The Top Gear producer attacked by Jeremy Clarkson has told police he doesn't want to press charges.

Oisin Tymon's lawyer says the incidents been unpleasant for everyone involved and his client just wants to get back to work.

Jeremy Clarkson was dropped as a presenter this week, after a BBC investigation found he 'crossed a line' by punching his colleague.
