A Tipperary club is cycling 360 Kilometres today to fundraise for The Dillon Quirke Foundation.

The foundation  was set-up by Dillon’s family after the Tipp Hurler died at the age of 24 during a hurling match at Semple Stadium due to Sudden Adult Death Syndrome

It’s aiming to raise awareness and prevent more young people from dying from SADS by offering free cardiac screening.

The Raparee Cycle Club from Dundrum are travelling through Munster’s six counties all in a single day to fundraise for the charity.
