Tipperary woman fined for spitting at store security guard

25 year old Lisa Lawless of Sarsfield Street, Nenagh is said to have become irate when staff requested that she leave the Penney's outlet on O'Connell Street.

Dublin District Court heard that the mother of one refused to leave and began pushing staff and on leaving the shop spat in a security guards face.

She returned to the store the next day to apologise.

Lisa Lawless pleaded guilty to assault and other offences in court – Judge Grainne O'Neill fined her €400.
