A Tipperary TD is highly critical of the Technical Group in the Dail, claiming he was denied speaking rights.
Deputy Mattie McGrath claims the group has fallen into disarray with many of the members unhappy with the set-up.

Mattie McGrath also claims there is a cabal or clique within the Technical Group which is depriving some members of assembly of speaking time in the Dail.
However one of the leading members of the group of Independents – fellow Tipperary TD Seamus Healy – strongly denies this saying everyone has been given freedom to speak.
