The Health Minister is being urged to address the major deficiencies in Tipperary's health system.
Fianna Fail TD Jackie Cahill met with Simon Harris this week to outline the problems facing patients and staff across the county.

Among the issues raised were the cuts to mental health services in Tipperary as well as a lack of bed space at the Hospital of the Assumption in Thurles.
Deputy Cahill says health services here have been neglected for a generation because the county falls between two stools.
