Tipperary racing trainer due back in court.

The 49 year old of Garryduff, South Lodge, Carrick-on-Suir, is facing eight charges relating to the alleged possession of unlicensed animal remedies including anabolic steroids at his yard at Garryduff on January 18th 2012.

Mr Fenton was present at Carrick on Suir for the last sitting in March which heard that submissions from his legal team were with the Chief State Solicitor's office for consideration.

Today is the fifth time the case is up for mention.
