Tipperary property prices continue to fall

The latest property price surveys show that Tipperary house prices continue to fall.

According to Daft.ie the average asking price in the Premier County for a 3-bed semi is now €130,000 – however MyHome.ie have that figure at €150,000.

Both surveys put the fall so far this year at almost 6% in Tipperary.

It's believed the new property tax could have a positive effect on the levelling out of the property market.

Ronan Lyons, Economist with Daft.ie, says once tax is introduced there'll be more certainty in the market.
