Fr Tadgh Furlong is celebrated Mass in the parish of Cappawhite last night  after the complaint against him was stood down.

The Advisory Board established by the National Board for Safeguarding Children in the Catholic Church has found that the complaint was not substantiated.

Archbishop Dermot Clifford, who  concelebrated Mass with Fr Furlong, has welcomed him back with “unblemished character”.
