Tipperary Oireachtas member welcomes liquidation of IBRC

Local Minister of State, Alan Kelly, has welcomed the move to bring IBRC, formerly Anglo Irish Bank, into liquidation saying the state can finally say good bye to the toxic institution.

The Labour representative is delighted that the institution will by wiped out, describing it as a good day for Ireland and Tipperary,

The North Tipp Minister hopes the state and business community will be able to move to a more sustainable position knowing this burden will be reduced each year.
