Tipperary man appointed head of Pig Development

 

A native of Tipperary has been appointed by Teagasc as Head of the Pig Development Department at Teagasc.


Ciaran Carroll  takes over from Michael Martin who has retired after a long and successful career in Teagasc.

A native of Thurles, County Tipperary, Ciaran Carroll has worked as a Specialist Pig Development Officer with Teagasc since 1993,

 

and specialised in the areas of pig nutrition, pig reproduction, planning & IPPC Licenses and education.
